Supporting the Museum

Items made by The Craft Club organised by a member of the Friends of St George’s Chapel, are on sale in the Museum Shop.

Would you like to help with the many  aspects of making similar things? You would be welcome. Materials are provided.

The Friends support the Museum by producing handmade goods on site and at home, to sell in the shop.  A Craft Club has been arranged for that purpose and meet every second Thursday,  The items made, sell very quickly and it is difficult to keep with with the demand.  Come along and join in.

Could you help with a task at home or at the group meeting.
There are several different jobs to do.

The Museum as a whole, which includes the Chapel, is short of volunteers.
Could you become a volunteer and help now and then?

Because you are reading this, do give it thought .... could you give something?
.... something that isn't money? .... like some time?

St George's Cross key rings are in the Chapel, made by the Craft Club.

There has been tremendous interest in these small handbag or pocket prayer mats.  They have been snapped up as quickly as the Craft Club has produced them.

There are many different prayers available.
