IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The committee wish to state that the group known as the ‘Friends of St. George’s RAF Chapel of Remembrance’ is not, nor ever has been, affiliated to any group or association that acts against the museum.

It does not condone any abusive behaviour or action perpetrated against the building, the trustees involved, or towards the associated general public, by any person or persons.

 It is our hope to be able to continue a productive working partnership with the Museum Trust so that the museum is a success, thus enabling the Chapel to continue as a place of worship and memorial and the cemetery that is the Garden of Remembrance, to be well-tended and provide a place of quiet contemplation for those with family ashes interred there.

The Committee;
Sandra Carpenter - Chair, Margaret Wilmot -Secretary, Bob Wilkinson- Treasurer, Leslee Robbens - Social Secretary,
Joan Edgington, Joyce Pomfret.

A Chapel Matters Group has been set up with 3 Trustees ( including the Vicar at St Mark's Parish Church) , a Museum Volunteer, and 2  Friends' Committee Members.
