The Remembrance Garden and the new pergola.

In June 2024, John and Saskia Mantle visited the Garden of Remembrance to lay flowers on his parents' burial place in the Remembrance Garden. 

They  saw the new Pergola which they and their two daughters had given in memory of Reverend Eric Mantle and his wife Marinette. 

​Reverend (Group Captain) Mantle served for many years in the RAF and in retirement was the CSSFC Chaplain at the Chapel. Eric and Marinette are survived by three children and several grandchildren
